- No age limit.
- 1 year of Experience either as a professional or Entrepreneur.
- English or French: CLB 5.
- High school and above.
- Should not have any criminal record.
- Should not hold any contagious disease.
- Free Education till high school for kids and up to 70% subsidized Education for undergraduates and post graduates.
- Free Health insurance.
- Free social insurance.
- Direct PR and citizenship after 3 years of residing in Canada.
- Hassle free process, no point system, can work in Canada while waiting the PR decision.
- IMP (International Mobility program).
- No LMIA Required (Employer can employ any employee with no priority to Canadians or PR Holders).
- Work permits may be open or closed.
- Employers do not have to provide a transition plan.
- Total Net worth should be CAD 600,000 with an investment amount CAD 200,000 preferably to make an Economic significant benefit.

- Visa process normally takes 4-6 months depending on the embassy in charge of the work permit application.
- The program is a Temporary Foreign Work Permit for 1 to 3 years as per the discretion of the Canadian officer then we will apply for PR.
- Applicant must have available cash in his bank account back home not less than CAD 50,000 to CAD 75,000.
- Designed to facilitate the transfer of employees from a foreign based company to its related Canadian branch or subsidiary or affiliate in Canada.
- The program is exempted from the LMIA.
- The Canadian and foreign enterprises must be legal entitles that have a parent, subsidiary, branch or affiliate relationship. Both the Canadian and foreign companies must be or will be doing business.
- Evidence of the fact that a company is actively doing business such as annual report, article of incorporation, profit I loss statement, partnership agreement, license to do business, tax returns and registration with Canada Customs and Revenue agency as an employer.
- Have worked for a foreign company at least one year on a full time basis.
- Held specialized knowledge position or a senior or managerial position.
- Offered a job of CAD 40,000/ year.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience as a business owner with a min.turnover of CAD 200,000.
- CLB 6 or Equal in English or French.
